We actually made a pitch to the Oprah show and met first in one of the convention rooms here. The wait-staff did not know who we were, but they were so professional and excellent to our business party. We were given the attention the HIlton is famous for and the chef was excellent. Just stayed at the Congress for the July 3rd Chicago fireworks. It's a great location to see the fireworks because you can see them from right in front of the hotel and then go back into your room and avoid the craziness of the crowds. The trip was planned for my daughters graduation from college. My wife, daughter, and myself had a great time. The Monaco and its staff were excellent.
