We saw the Sharks play the Blackhawks, and not only was the game excellent (6-5 OT/SO...Blackhawks won), but the fans are insanely into hockey. The United Center is not in the best part of town (then again, what arena is in a stellar part of town?), but there are so many people walking, driving and catching taxis after the game... more

A nice place to see a game or concert with pretty comfy seating and very easy to navigate. The surrounding neighborhood isn't the greatest so a quick in and out is the best bet. I was very impressed with the facility very easily excessible by bus or cab. Stayed at the Crowne Plaza on West Madison cab ride is 5 dollars.
