Having lived in San Diego for several years, I was expecting a classier scene. Navy Pier has nothing but carnival food (deep fried everything), chain -junk food restaurants, a beer garden and a decent view of the lake and the downtown Skyline. Even my boys, ages 9 & 11, did not like this place. There are so many other worthwhile activities in Chicago. I would not waste my time with this one again. Over-priced, and over-hyped.
