This was my second time going to Kiva and my impression/experience wasn't any better than my first. Locker room is small, toilets, shower and steam room are dirty. I enjoyed my day at Kiva. There was construction going on outside but the staff dealt with it as well as could be expected. I had several treatments - I enjoyed the facial with Latanya W. the most and my pedi still looks great 2 1/2 weeks out! more
