This building is kind of fun to look at but it generally considered an architectural disaster. The multi-cultured panels on the outside look like tack 1960's architecture, the shape is ungainly, and there are numerous engineering issue. When it opened, the upstair offices were impossibly hot. A newspaper article said someone saw a mouse running out of a copy machine... more
