Be careful if you are going to Lord and Taylor expecting the kind of service and merchandise that they built their reputation on. It is not there anymore. Twice, after hunting down a salesperson, I was treated rudely and condescedingly by salespeople who could barely carry on a conversation about the merchandise on offer in this overpacked store.
