We only stayed for an hour or so, but the performer (I believe his name was Dave Johnson) sounded great. I'll give this place an above average as we had an amazing time in there. The first pianist (can't remember names) was simply awesome, played a LOT of more recent tunes and more upbeat "sing-a-long" type songs which really got the crowd going. When the second guy came on at around 11 or midnight he was good as well, however... more
I would probably give this place a better review BUT when you walk in and immediately get escorted out by a guy in a suit because you are wearing a t shirt it's kind of hard to see the place. the music consists of one man at a piano playing classic songs you can sing along with. simple and very entertaining. think billy joel's piano man. redhead piano bar draws some interesting late nite characters... its rather small and it can be crowded, but the intimate setting for music makes it worth a stop. more
