I had never been to a spa in Chicago and selected this with the assumption that the Red Doors are only located in posh shopping districts and therefore would be better than average. The locker room was extremely crowded and not spacious. I actually bumped into several other women because it lacked elbow room in the changing area. As to... more

First of all, the "locker room" is extremely cramped and inconvenient. There is no place to sit down, so you have to "hop around" to take off shoes, etc. I had a deep tissue massage, which was ok. The therapist was very nice, but, honestly, I have had better. But, the big shocker came when I went to pay. as... more
