Having read the reviews before traveling to Chicago we were not disappointed. The Omni lives by their mission statement which is to "exceed your expectations". The Omni Chicago really delivers on all fronts, from the spaciousness of the rooms to the helpful staff to the prized location on Michigan Avenue. We stayed at Omni Chicago for 2 nights in early July (July 1-3). The reason we chose this hotel was simply because of a great deal we got on TravelZoo. It was not our intention to tell you we would have a room with a pullout sofa and then not have that room type available when you arrived.
