Stayed her for 2 night (6 and 7 september '09) and had a room on the 12th floor on the 'backside' of the building but that was no problem; still had great views! We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and really enjoyed the hote. We had a king bedroom with a lake view on the 10th floor. They view was amazing and I would only stay there again if I had that same view. The room was really big and the bed was quite comfortable. Flat screen TV was also very nice.... more

We stayed at the Swissotel from Aug 28-30. We had a lakeview room on one of the higher floors. Our room was large, modern, quiet and clean and had a great view of Navy Pier and the lake.
