I love the Four Seasons hotel but the stay here was really disappointing - all because of something that this brand normally does so well - service. On the good points - great location, right off Michigan Ave, near Water Tower place so close to shopping, the lake. Nice rooms - we had a "premier room" that was really more... more

The hotel is very nice and the view is amazing. We had a room on the 44th floor that had a view of the lake, again just amazing. It was very clean and well appointed, however, there were a couple of things that were not quite right. First, the wifi access was sub par, it was free which was nice... more

My husband and I traveled to Chicago with our 2 yr. old daughter for 5 nights. The hotel's staff was very friendly and completely accomodating in every respect. The concierge gave us appropriate kid friendly suggestions for restaurants and destinations. Housekeeping services were perfect. The restaurant was incredible for brunch and although expensive, it was worth it. The pool was... more

My family and I stayed there for one night at executive suite, upon arriving, I noticed the coffee table in room was dirty and i mean sticky dirty, never got our turndown service for that night nor did we get room service the next day, mind you that we had a 6 pm check out, not acceptable at all, The... more

We arrived in Chicago at the unfortunate time of the hectic Lollapalooza festival. The Four Seasons was an oasis of calm in the midst of a storm. As with its sister sites, everyone knows your name from the minute you check in. The spa and pool are spacious and relaxed. Close to the Magnificent Mile shopping and walkable to the... more

My wife and I started our honeymoon by staying at the Four Seasons Chicago. This was our first time staying at a Four Seasons hotel and had decided to book the "Just the two of us package". Everything worked out great. Upon arrival they upgraded us to a "Deluxe Four Seasons Executive Suite" and it was amazing. The bedroom was... more

Four Seasons is our preferred hotel "chain" and this is probably among our favorite locations. It was a last minute decision to stay here, but after a great experience here a few years ago, we decided to stay again when we needed to be in Chicago. Overall, it was a wonderfully, relaxing stay. Between the staff and the accommodations, everything... more

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Chicago area, it's clean, amazing, well staffed, and the food is great. I would not recommend this hotel to teens or people not willing to dress up, the hotel has a rather high dress code which I'm not a fan of. Over all I would stay there again! more

Spent a week at this property in early April. Staff is always happy to assist, Gym is excellent and location is perfect. Don't miss the Sunday brunch! I travel often, am prepared when I do and typically do not place many needs on hotel staff to support my stay. One reason I love the Four Seasons is that when I... more

It really is hard to fault Four Seasons, in Chicago or anywhere else for that matter. We booked one night here on the way back from a ski trip. We had two adjoining rooms, one for myself & my wife, and one for our two sons (aged 9 & 11). On a previous trip to Four Seasons (in Las Vegas),... more
