The suite we had was perfect. Bed really comfy and you get to choose from 5 or 6 different pillows. Half block to Magnificent Mile. Parking was high but so is everything in the area. Victor, one of the bellman was a real hoot and made us feel very welcome. I will definitely go back. more

Great location and the service was perfect! We had a junior suite which was huge- 2 king beds plus hug bath and sitting area... ask for this room! We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel--staff very polite and helpful! Concierge very helpful in arranging side trips and restaurant recommendations. We loved the hotel and our room that was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Best Location close to a lot of great restaurants and easy to get around town..
