To start with the Conrad is a wonderful hotel in a great location near everything that makes downtown Chicago great. I got a bill for $285 because they side I cleaned out the mini-bar. Every last thing. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! I didn't even know where the mini-bar was in the room! After calling to dispute the charges, they said they wouldn't reverse it. I'm very well traveled and I've never had such an absurd accusation. I'd stay away from this hotel. more

We stayed at the Conrad for our first trip to Chicago from the UK and loved the hotel. Having been to NYC many times the room was enormous compared to the tiny ones there.
