The Wicker Park Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The Inn is delightful, the neighborhood is beautiful and so conveniently located to shops, restaurants and transportation. We will definitely stay there again. Mik and his staff do a great job. Thanks for a wonderful experience. more

Great location.......very close to metro station. Located right next to the rail. It was not a problem for us but you might need to bring your ear plugs and tylenol pm. Great Italian Restaurant located within walking distance. Inn keeper, Mikky was very helpful.Would stay here again. more

Just returned from a ten night stay in Chicago and the Wicker Park Inn, staying across the street in the "Bucktown" apartment. We had a very warm welcome from the host who we met just about everyday we stayed. Was always helpful with advice on how to get to places and things to do. Found the apartment to be very... more

Charming B&B in one of Chicago's great neighborhoods. It is the place to stay to get the real feel of the city. Innkeeper's recommendations for places to eat in the neighborhood met the mark. Easily accessible to public transportation and minutes from downtown Chicago. Look forward to our next visit. more

This is a nice b & b because it was clean and the owner was nice and helpful. The best thing about it was close to the blue line (about a 10 minute walk) and not far from downtown. We stayed here because all of the hotels downtown were double the price. Breakfast was ample and fresh. There was a... more

This is a charming B & B in a beautiful, historic section of Chicago. We did not drive in, so had to depend on mass transit for transportation. This was very easy from this location. It was a more reasonable way to visit Chicago more

When I was awakened at 6 am I could not figure out if the people up stairs were rollerblading, moving furniture or both. The relentless racket lasted non-stop for 2 hours, at which time the whole family went out. When I complained to the owner, I was told the guests in the room above me " have 2 kids". as... more

We stayed 3 days in the provence bedroom. The room was nice and clean as was the rest of the inn. Thinking in european standards, which means that we are not used to the typical sweet american breakfasts, even the variety of food for breakfast was ok. I would never have thought that I would get used to the passing... more

When I travel, I like to stay at locally owned historic hotels and B&Bs. The week I stayed in Chicago, all the B&Bs I contacted were fully booked, and this was the nicest one I could find with rooms still available. I stayed in December, and the location wasn't bad (close to public transit), and had on-street parking. Not in... more

We stayed for nine nights during unseasonably cold weather - mercifully the room was always warm! The inn is very conveniently located on the blue line from O'Hare, mid-way between two stops, about a 20 minute ride to Downtown. The area is residential, though you wouldn't want to hang around the main steets late at night, as they are a... more
