Holiday Inn Mart Plaza is rated as a 3-star hotel and I feel it is rated appropriately. It is located in downtown Chicago overlooking the river. Not your traditional hotel. Hotel is on floors 15 to 22 of the Chicago-Sun Times building. Do a Google Images search on "Chicago Sun Time Building".
