Let's just say the front desk cares what you think about the place. So...upper management is doing its job. They take care of you when they mess up. Part of me wishes that they didn't mess up. If the first room I checked into was clean I would have been happier--the location couldn't be better for access to McCormick Place. The business center was useful, but I preferred the Kinko's in McCormick Place. I didn't take advantage of the Restaurants in the hotel--much prefer to check out some new places in Chicago.
