We got a great deal through Priceline on this hotel. We were a bit concerned at first because of the location on the "South-side". We stayed at the Hyatt McCormick Place and loved it!! Service was excellent, rooms very nice, the pool was warm and wonderful. Great finess center!! Very convenient to soldier field!! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! more

Let's just say the front desk cares what you think about the place. So...upper management is doing its job. They take care of you when they mess up. Part of me wishes that they didn't mess up. If the first room I checked into was clean I would have been happier--the location couldn't be better for access to McCormick Place. The business center was useful, but I preferred the Kinko's in McCormick Place. I didn't take advantage of the Restaurants in the hotel--much prefer to check out some new places in Chicago. Just returned having attended a conference at McCormick Place. The hotel itself is clean and 4 star quality. There is a skywalk on the 2nd floor that leads right into McCormick Place so it made going back and forth very convenient.
