We have stayed in 10-15 hotels in the North Michigan Ave. area, and the Intercontinental is our favorite. The location is ideal and the hotel is the perfect size: large enough but not overwhelming. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. We'll be back. more

We have reached a point in our society where internet is expected. This hotel charges $6.95 an hour to use the internet. When I pay $260 a night to stay in a hotel, I expect internet to be included.
