Great location next to John Hancock building and a block away from great shopping. Good sized room, with microwave, large flat screen tv, dvd player. Small but great fitness center. No free wifi but able to print boarding pass for free in business center. more

Let me 1st say that the customer service was excellent from the manager to the maids and doormen. We had room problems. Excellent location, right next to the Handcock Observatory and a few meters from the Magnificent Mile, the Raffaello Hotel was a very nice surprise. We have to mention the excellent cafe at the ritz carlton across the street where we had very good dinners and breakfast. more

Spend the weekend at the Rafaello. We had a suite for $207/night. Nice, but nothing exceptional. Rooms were clean and well furnished. You can park in the garage 1 block east of the hotel for $26/night. Who still charges for the internet? Extremely small elevators. more

They really did a nice job with this hotel, and for the money, a super boutique value. I would not hesitate booking again with my colleagues. Some colleagues did complain about the smaller king rooms. I booked a suite. The rate wasn't much higher than the regular king, but the room is fantastic!
