Just stayed here one night for quick in and out work visit. Got a good deal on hotwire.com and having normally stayed in the Hyatt across the river at rates over $100 more expensive I would definitely recommend the Sheraton over the Hyatt. more

The location is the best factor - a few blocks from Navy Pier, Michigan Ave, the park....all great. All staff were wonderful and helpful.
