I got a great deal here through a third party, and as usual, had little recourse when things went bad. (You get what you pay for.) If you're planning to stay here, you should know that the facility itself is showing significant signs of wear and tear. the hotel is small and nice. staff are friendly. and it is in close proximity to the magnificent mile - the main attraction of the city. downsides: the breakfast options are soooo limited and the bathroom is small.
