We booked two rooms and paid in advance at really good rates. We asked for refurbished rooms and they were great____clean, spacious (smallish bathrooms), kitchen etc. The staff were all very good including Corey who helped with email advice prior to our arrival and the location can't be beat. My initial impressons of the hotel weren't that great. When I pulled up in the cab, no bellmen came to help me with my bags, or even to open the door for me.
