It's hard to beat the location of this hotel. It's right on MI ave. We got a great rate for the season and a cheap upgrade to a suite. However, the service was pretty crappy. I don't think anyone smiled at us once while we were there. more

My fiancee and I were looking so forward to this trip , but were sadly disappointed. We were greeted with rotting food in the refrigerator. We called down to the front desk and they sent up a maintenance person, who cleaned out the refrigerator, and sprayed what appeared to be Febreze. No offer of a new room whatsoever. Great location. The rooms are small and the hotel itself is stylishly decorated. There are some cleanliness and room maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Overall I was satisfied and would stay here again. more
