I had arrived in Chicago very early on a Friday morning and dropped off my luggage with the bell service. We held our annual user conference at The Allerton Hotel. The staff is attentive and the hotel seems to have low turnover as we see the same faces year-to-year. The food is excellent and the rooms are small but well appointed. more

Stayed here for one night, while in Chicago on business. Front desk was efficient and very pleasant. They upgraded everyone in our group to suites (no prompting required!). Just returned from a weekend anniversary on Sept. 25 and had such a positive experience.
