We tried Twist because we had a gift certificate and weren’t really sure what to expect. Service was good, the atmosphere is nice and the food was excellent! They saffron paella was our favorite and best paella we’ve had in the city! Twist is much better than other tapas restaurants in the area and overall, it exceeded our expectations! more

This is one of the best tapas restaurants in the city. The atmosphere is small and cozy. Be prepared to wait at least an hour during peak times, but the food is worth it. Be sure to try the jalepeno gnocchi, mini crab cakes, lobster ravioli, baked goat cheese, and seared spicy shrimp...these are a few of my favorites. more

The menu is absolutely wonderful and totally innovative. Go early in the evening to avoid a wait. Expect an extremely long wait if going during peak hours. Also the place is a little too warm because of the small size, congestion, and open grill (but in fairness, could have also been the booze).
