My son, Bryan, my wife, and I lived in the NorthCenter Area for few years before moving to Lyon. We havent have a chance to return to Orange Garden. We dined there last week and had some eggrolls, pot stickers, and crab rangoons for appertizers, It was delicious, oh lord...crab rangon was crispy and flavorful. Eggroll was still yummy yummy...... more

low-key, cozy, unpretentious byob chinese place that's been around since the 30's. original art deco signage graces the outside. yummy eats and hot tea. lightening-fast service. more

I haven't been there in 10 years, but from what I remember, this place was really old-school. Like it hadn't been touched since the late 50's. Food was really good. more

The Orange Garden is an old time classic chinese restaurant. It has the best chinese in all of Chicago, including Chinatown. The Sesame Chicken is unbelievable, but you can' go wrong with anything. I love this place and I would eat there everyday if I could. I can't tell enough people how great this place is and how much history... more

It is one a family own restaurant, the decor is slightly simple, but it has history. One of the oldest Chinese restaurant in Chicago. Food is great! The egg rolls and pot stickers are my favorites appetizers. I would normally have Mongolian Beef and Tofu with Pork. They are sooooo yummy! My husband love their Sesame Chicken. Can't get enough... more
