The red awning and warm yellow walls invited us in. The friendly wait staff were blandly cheery, and our water never went unfilled. But ultimately it was all a mirage. Both I and my date did not finish our pasta. Granted we came there at nine o'clock, but in this world class city if you're going to a restaurant advertising... more

I have lived in Chicago for years and I recently went to La Bocca Della Verita for the first time on New Years day. There were 10 of us and the waiter paid attention to each our needs as they were voice. The each entrée order was smiled over when the person had finished. The duck ravioli and the baby... more
