Platiyo used to be a very fun, good restaurant owned by Mia Francesca. That was two years ago. We went for the first time post-sale, and it is just absolutely horrendous. We were there for 2 hours, during which time they managed to (1) screw up every single drink order, (2) take our order, (3) bring us the saltiest guacamole... more
We had a reservation at 7:30. When we arrived, we were not told that there was going to be a wait. We were not seated until 8:00. Our drink order was served, but we had to ask for the complimentary chips/salsa (which was never replenished in the whole time we waited for our food). Our server did not come back... more
