Colombian, Cuban, Latin, South American, Spanish...other then just the canned beans, the breakfast burritos with burned eggs...the suppose hot sauces tasted awful. Creative name for the restaurant however they need to reconsider the menu or the name of the restaurant since the fusion idea is not really working out. They have good food, but everything that we ordered took forever to get. It took more than 45 minutes to get a salad. We made reservations, and were seated right away, but we almost never saw the waiter agian. When we did get our food, it was cold and was just ok. I have no idea what took them so... more

We have been to Coobah twice and have had two totally different experiences: Brunch is excellent! Everyone in our party of six ordered something different and everyone loved their meal.
