I really wanted to like this place as it is owned by the same people who own via Veneto, but I just didn't like the food. It seemed like there was one ingredient in each dish that seemed to overpower the whole thing (e.g. too much balsamic in the protobello, too much broccoli in the orrechiette, etc.) Someone back there... more
Cute room, intimate, warm, inviting. The food is prepared well, delicious and the menu changes often to reflect the fresh offerings of the season. more

Italian restaurants are usually trading on some sort of forced theatricality. Dimly lit storefronts that promise romance (or at least a homerun on a second date), or upbeat places that try to court you with their brio! Uniformly though the experiences of their tired lasagnas, or bland fettucini generally leave you wondering whether you're doomed to be Sissyphus forever experiencing... more
Had a couple of very nice meals at this cosy italian restaurant. Very nice food and wide variety of wine selections.Most defenitely recommended! Crowdy on Saturday, but at least a 'real' Italian sensation. I will go back. more
This is one Italian restaurant that I really wish would just go away. The food is expensive, choices aren't great, and the bread isn't even good. There isn't even a simple pasta with marinara to try and salvage the evening with. Sauces are at best heavy, loaded down with way too much cheese and cream, and at worst just down... more
