The food was excellent, and a bit pricey, but the place was obvious lacking in managment and structure. I could tell the servers were falling all over themselves, trying to compensate for a total lack of structure and supplies. As a restaurant owner, you always want to give your servers the tools they need to get the job done quickly... more
