If we are in a city that has a Roy's, we always go and are never disappointed. The Chicago location was no exception. The food is extremely flavorful (the lobster pot stickers and pork ribs are fantastic appetizers; the tiger prawns were an excellent entree). The service is friendly and super-efficient. It is a very good chain. My wife thought that it was a good place for a birthday dinner. The service was very good, and very quick. However, we never felt like we were rushed. I would really liked their lobster rolls. more

Roy's is hawaiian fusion. The food is great especially if you love sushi. I would also recommend the Hawaiian Style Misoyaki Butterfish (The sauce is amazing!) as your main course or the Roasted Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi.
