My wife's sister who lives in Chicago took us to this restaurant only a few blocks from our hotel. It was a wonderful place. We are usually sceptical of restaurants which attempt to bridge traditions, however we were very happy about this find. more

Recently stopped at Roys for appetizers and drinks and had a great experience. Sat in the bar and were waited on by Chan. Chan was probably the best bartender we had ever had. If we are in a city that has a Roy's, we always go and are never disappointed. The Chicago location was no exception. The food is extremely flavorful (the lobster pot stickers and pork ribs are fantastic appetizers; the tiger prawns were an excellent entree). The service is friendly and super-efficient. It is a very good chain. My wife thought that it was a good place for a birthday dinner. The service was very good, and very quick. However, we never felt like we were rushed. I would really liked their lobster rolls. more
