The waiters tripped over themselves to make sure I enjoyed my visit. First, they had cucumber slices in a light sauce until my appetizer came and I loved it -- even though I don't like cucumbers! They brought me a free, tiny little appetizer called Peanut Chicken Salad which was two bites of heaven. I would have loved more! But... more

The seven flavor beef and shrimp fried rice are absolutely wonderful! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Chicago. Nice atmosphere too. more

The food is tasty. I don't usually eat Chinese food but this one gets higher marks from me. It is nevertheless overpriced, so if you don't care about ambience then just go to Chinatown. more
Love their Peanut Noddle Appetizer and this Orange Shrimp dish. Love the ambience - cliche asian but it gets you in the mood for Chinese / Asian food. more
Ben Pao has a large menu with good food - Chinese but some other Asian as well. They have more than the basic Chinese selections, and a good drink menu.
