One of the best meals I've had on either side of the Atlantic. The food was creative, delicious, and perfectly cooked. The lobster was especially divine, with a sauce of Gewurztraminer, citrus, butter, and ginger that was silky and perfectly balanced. Hosted a dinner at Everest for a group of 40 clients and colleagues. We've done several of these dinners in the past and I don't think any has gone as smoothly or as beautifully as this event at Everest. Everything was perfectly taken care of. Great fine-dining experience. I went there when i was an undeserving 21 year old who was happy enough just eating pizza from down the block. I had a tasting menu and felt like I had to eat everything to make it worth the money. Everything was phenomenal EXCEPT for the squab, which was presented with a single leg prominently protruding.... more
