Hosted a dinner at Everest for a group of 40 clients and colleagues. Great fine-dining experience. I went there when i was an undeserving 21 year old who was happy enough just eating pizza from down the block. I had a tasting menu and felt like I had to eat everything to make it worth the money. Everything was phenomenal EXCEPT for the squab, which was presented with a single leg prominently protruding.... more
