Ok, I've only been to Everest once. I've also visited Chef Joho's Paris Eiffel Tower restaurant in Las Vegas. I wish we could afford to eat here more often. We came with family. Last evening, I took my 18 and 17 year old daughters to Everest for my 17 year old's birthday. She is a self proclaimed "foodie" though with limited fine dining experience. My dinner at Everest was amazing. Wine pairing was great and the service couldn't have been better. If you're a wine fan be sure to check out the huge assortment of wines. more
