The atmosphere is elegant and "old Chicago" with dark wood, booths, and caricatures of famous people all over the walls. This restaurant is centrally placed, so tempting if, like us, you are a bit disorientated after arriving on a longhaul. It looks smart and sophisticated, but while service was good, the food and wine were really disappointing. This restaurant was a huge find in Chicago. After we saw Wicked, I made reservations at Petterinos based on their website reviews-and I was very pleased. It was located less than a 1 minute walk from the Oriental Ford Theatre where Wicked is playing. My resevations (on Easter Day) were timely, and the food was terrific! I will be back! more
