Doies what it says on the outside: ribs are good, BBQ sauce is *really* good. The other food is also good. Service was efficient and friendly. more
We made a point for years of visiting Carson's on every trip to Chicago. A party of six of us visited while attending a trade show. The place was empty on Sunday nite. The ribs were the tiniest I have ever seen, no meat to speak of at all, nothing like fall off the bone, more like eating dry chicken... more

this place deserves a 3.5 rating. it's between average and above average. carson's sauce is pretty impressive. it's super sweet and tangy on the side, but on the ribs it cakes and chars at the same time and makes a truly great glaze. however, the meat quality has faded a bit over the last 5-8 years. they used to utilize... more
