We were there October 9, 2009. Reason . . . we were there last year . . . concierge at Hotel Allergo recommended it . . . and we LOVED it! Great steakhouse and food is simply divine. Sometimes everything clicks and our dinner this weekend at Kinzies was great. Service was impeccable (ask for Sam, he was a great server) and steak was superb. more

Went with a group. Steak was marbled and fatty with little taste. Mashed potatoes delicious. I expected more for the price - this was at best low average. more
I had heard good things about Kinzie. They were understatements. Service, quality, portions, and value all were terrific. Quality of steaks is the best. I found a summer special with a small (8 oz. Kinzie) steak, salad and generous portioned dessert. I think you will enjoy your next meal at Kinzie's. more
We really enjoyed our visit to Kinzie. The service was first class. The dining area is small and a bit crowded to walk through, but once sitting it did not feel cramped. We have very close friends who summer in Chicago, and they recommended Kinzie. It was everything they promised.
