We visited 437. Once we were seated we were told we could not remain because the table was already taken.....?!?!?!?! however the there were at least 8+ tables around us there were empty? The Waitress finally come over and said that it was ok that we stayed?!?!?!?! We could have left right then. We ordered a salad and some pasta.... more

Folks, this spot is walking distance from all of downtown, and is the way a Chicago Steak House should feel and work. Good service, great food and an excellent, reasonable wine list. I've eaten at many of Chicago's great steak houses and this one is better than most. Enjoy. more

Excellent service,not a din of noise to talk over and reasonable prices. We've dined downtown almost exclusively during the approx 4 weeks we've spent in Chicago since 2002 & this place is among our top 10 in Chicago.Appetizers,entree & desert a cut above average.Highly recomended. more

Having been caught in a down pour during a thunderstorm, I ducked out of the rain into this little gem of a restaurant to dry out and had an incredible dinner. Excellent steaks, seafood and pasta. Nice modern interior decor. Very attentive, professional service. Figure around +$75 per person with wine but well worth it. Frequented by locals and tourists.
