A friend and I split one of their thin crust pizzas. It was okay, but nothing spectacular. The service was fairly good. Our family thought the pizza was excellent. Our first Chicago pizza too. It was LOADED with lots of cheese and toppings! Delicious! We brought the leftovers back to Indiana and also ordered some from their website. Definately recommend! We visited the Jackson St. Giordonno's though and yes the wait is long but worth it. Relax and have a beer! more
I pretty agree with the previous reviewer. Not much ambience, service was actually quite unprofessional (not so much our waitress but more the busboys and kitchen staff who were yelling fraternally to eachother across the dining room and generally acting like the place had no manager on site) and our thin crust pizza was actually quite terrible.
