This is a marvelously good, innovative, upscale restaurant in a very unusual place -- a grimy, semi-industrial neighborhood. There is no view, not much parking (although there is valet service), and zero ambience until you're well inside, where all is muted, hushed, restful, mannerly. The menu (decidedly asian-accented aquatic) is not extensive, but every item tempts the adventurer. A meat-and-potatoes... more
