Penny's in Wicker Park is a very popular and sometimes crowded eatery. The food is pretty good. There is a closer Thai restaurant (Sai Mai on California) that I like better, so it's unlikely that I would go out of my way on a regular basis to dine at Penny's over Sai Mai. more
