We live right around the corner from Penny's so despite my feelings that it is merely average, I eat there frequently. They have a small outdoor area in the summer that is nice to sit at and people watch while eating. The interior is dominate (for me at least) by all the large tvs. The tvs give a bit of... more

Penny's in Wicker Park is a very popular and sometimes crowded eatery. The food is pretty good. There is a closer Thai restaurant (Sai Mai on California) that I like better, so it's unlikely that I would go out of my way on a regular basis to dine at Penny's over Sai Mai. more
