After seeing Chef Cantu and his restaurant on several travel and food shows, we knew we wanted to go if we were ever in Chicago. So when we finally were, we did. First off, the restaurant is able to accommodate vegetarians and pescatarians - just specify when you make the reservation. We had the 10-course menu without the wine pairings.... more

On my trip from the burbs to downtown my wife and I read all the reviews. I was really looking forward to my first experience with molecular gastronomy. Seeing about half the reviews being negative worried me a little bit. I knew it was going to be an expensive dinner for us and I didn't want to waste the money.... more
