We stayed at Hotel Indigo next door; our first trip to Chicago and we went to Edwardo's both nights. It was the only pizza we had in Chicago. The stuffed (we had pepperoni and sausage) was AMAZING. Here's the recipe for Chicago deep dish! ------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Buy a apple-pie crust from Walmart. 2. Fill with meat, cheese and sauce. 3. Cook until brown on top. 4. Serve as pizza even though it is just a greasy casserole. more
Simply the best deep dish Pizza on earth. Uno and Gino's don't come close. more
The pizza here was excellent! My husband and I visited Chicago in September, and wanted to have some authentic Chicago deep dish pizza. This place was great. Service was friendly, the price was reasonable and the food was very good. It's a good thing I don't live in Chicago - I would eat here a lot and weigh a ton! more
This place was wonderful!!! The restaurant was spotless, the staff was friendly and efficient, the food was unbelievably good!!!! Don't miss this one! It appears that there are several locations......we visited the one in the 500 block of Dearborn in the financial district. more
