Food is pretty good, but it's way-overpriced. The view is fantastic, and that's what you're paying for. I would not go back. Cocktails are good, though. more

While the view is not to disappoint, the whole experience was a little disappointing. The staff is unfriendly probably because so many people and tourists pack this site. The view was fabulous and support staff (though not server) very friendly and helpful. But... when my burger was delivered to my table there was a glob of raw hamburger meat sitting along with my fries and my burger. My mind is immediately racing, ecoli, what has this touched?? We had reservations for 8pm and once we got there we were seated right away by a window overlooking navy pier and downtown. The atmosphere was relaxing and we didn't feel pushed into hurrying through our dinner. The lighting was almost too dim to see our menu but we managed to adjust. We had 7 in our group for lunch, arrived separately - hostess and waiter were very accommodating. Incredible view - Sears Tower, Navy Pier, Lake Michigan.
