Not a place for an intimate dinner but a fun atmosphere (if somewhat noisy…couldn’t hear the pianist). Enthusiastic and pleasant service. Excellent Crab cakes and a very good steak. Wine selection was good but a seemed a bit overgenerous on the mark-up. A very good seafood and steak place. more

Stopped in for a bite after arriving in the city and checking in to the hotel. Sat at the bar and had fish and chips which were done right. Excellent bar service, cold beer, city prices. Bartender was knowledgeable about the menu and on top of things. more

I love the food at Hugo's (same kitchen as Gibson's) and the atmosphere is great. The location is great right on rush street. They specialize in steak and fish and the food is top notch. The bar scene is pretty good late night as well. more
