I love the crust, my wife loves Ginos! We were staying around the corner, it was within walking distance of our hotel. I love the butter crust! The best I have had! Here's the recipe for Chicago deep dish! ------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Buy a apple-pie crust from Walmart. 2. Fill with meat, cheese and sauce. 3. Cook until brown on top. 4. Serve as pizza even though it is just a greasy casserole. more

I am a frequent Chicago visitor but somehow had missed Lou Malnati's until a visit shortly prior to Christmas '05. There are several locations; I visited the North Wells store.
