First off, Pizza Metro is some of the best thin crust I've had in the city. If you have a customer service problem though, they are horrible. I received the wrong pizza, called to say I wanted the right one, and everything was fine. Cut to 5 minutes later, the "manager" is calling me to ask if I ate any... more

Probably the best pizza in chicago. the grilled veggies are great n so is the potato rosemary. But the service is really rude. They were equally rude to us on 3 different occasions even when tipped nicely(stupid me). Same so in the restaurent where those guys treat you like dirt. especially true for the division location.
