I have dined here for many years. Even though the quality has dropped over time, I try to stick to my regular entrees and I’m usually happy. Not this time. I decided to try a new dish. Nothing exotic just General Tao. The entree came to the table, we tried it and it was just terrible, the look, the taste.... more

We ordered pork fried rice, moo shu for vegetarian, and vegetarian fried rice. They were all good. Good price for large portion and quiet environment to enjoy dinner. more

After much research about restaurants in Chinatown, recommendations from the discussion board, and a nod from a local on the CTA bus, we stopped in to Won Kow for dinner on a recent Saturday night. The restaurant itself, which is accessible by a flight of stairs that have seen better days, is rather dumpy and old. But, oh my Heaven!... more
