When they are on, Lem's is near the top of the Chicago BBQ lexicon. They use an aquarium style smoker, that is all about the smoke interaction with the meat. Rib tips, ribs, and hot links are all recommended here. more

It's a pork orgy in your mouth. Forgo the side dishes and stock up on hot tips and ribs. Absolutely unbelievable. Not to mention, I showed up two hours before Lem's opened, the guy came out to see what I wanted and accommodated my ignorance. Carnivores: Do not come to Chicago without leaving with a little bit of Lem's. more
