We visited Big Bowl one year ago and loved it. This time was awful! We waited 15 minutes for someone to even come to our table and take our drink order! The service was just terrible - the greeters were rude, our server was extremely slow and not friendly. The food was merely mediocre. We definitely will not be returning. more
